Please abide by the following simple rules when using LobbyingForum:

  1. Each user must follow all of LobbyingForums user rules as well as the administrator’s instructions and decisions. Keeping the rules is essential to ensure that the website is safe, efficient and peaceful. Do not continue to use LobbyingForums services if you cannot abide by the rules or the administrator’s instructions.
  2. When using LobbyingForums services you agree to all rules as well as the administrator’s instructions and decisions. The rules and decisions are not suggestions or open for debate.
  3. Users who forget, fail to read or otherwise disregard the rules will not be sent warnings.
  4. For the time being, LobbyingForum to a large extent rely on the help from its users in administrating the website. Inappropriate petitions should therefore be reported so they can be removed. The author of a petition is furthermore responsible for removing inappropriate comments, links and signatures from their campaign.
  5. Inappropriate comments should not be replied to, as this creates more work for the administrator who has to remove them. Simply report the petition.
  6. Only one registration is allowed per person. Several people may not use the same registration.
  7. For your personal safety, please remember that this is an open website and all comments, petitions, user names and signatures are picked up by search engines.
  8. Personal information (other than that mentioned in 7.) that is entered when registering is only available for LobbyingForums administration of the website and is therefore not available or shared with anyone else. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.
  9. LobbyingForum puts no demands on the scope of a petition but in order to maintain a high level a topic, whether it be large or small, should be of such a character that it can be of general interest.
  10. The petitions and/or comments may not contain "negative" information or comments especially those aimed at sexual orientation, gender, race, color, religious views, national origin, disability etc.
  11. The petitions and/or comments may not contain information that offend other people through slander or depict them as criminals.
  12. The petition and/or comments may not encourage criminal activities.
  13. The petition and/or comments may not contain personal attacks.
  14. Users may not use this website to discuss, promote, or advertise their own websites or webpages or blogs, which include any kind of personal Internet communication, for any reason.
  15. Do not post copyrighted information. Information copyrighted or owned by any individual or entity other than the person posting it should not be posted on the website without the consent of the owner. In the event of such an occurrence, the individual posting the information shall be held solely responsible. LobbyingForum shall not be held responsible for posted information that may violate copyright law. Such petitions and/or comments will be removed as soon as possible.
  16. This website is private property, and its use is a privilege, not a right. LobbyingForum reserves the right to prohibit or remove any post. The administration may reorganize the website and/or deny or revoke membership for any reason.
  17. LobbyingForum also reserves the right to prohibit or delete petitions and/or comments that are thought to violate existing laws or that may be deemed harmful to others. That said, LobbyingForum does not have the practical ability to restrict conduct or communications that might violate LobbyingForum guidelines prior to transmission on the Internet, nor can they ensure prompt removal of offending petitions and/or comments.
