The residents of the City of Cape Coral petition the Mayor and all City Council members of Cape Coral, Florida to move forward with the National Swim Center Corporation Proposal, on the proposed site known as the "Academic Village", on or before April 26, 2010.

In doing so you will increase private/public partnerships, broaden the City's revenue base, increase the commercial tax base, and increase the City's exposure with positive visibility.  We must get additional commercial development to diversify our tax base to move this City forward!

By moving forward with this proposal you, as our Mayor and City Council members, are creating a postive economic impact for our City, as well as bringing jobs, money, and development to move the City of Cape Coral forward.
