A Consensus by 10 people is considered a mandate in politics.  I would like for a disignated politician to start the process of dealing with the violence in America.  There too many innocent people that are victims of violence.  There are a number of changes that could be made such as required parenting classes for those with marriage licenses if children are considered in  the marriage.  Counseling  certifictes that come with marriage licenses..  Intervention- prevention programs that deal with dysfunctional or irresponsible parent/s.  Changes in the Family court and Freind of the court to include required counseling.  Changes in dealing with domestic violence.  PPO's should be divided into 2 catergories.  One with physical evidence or the recommendations from a health professional or police a judge signs a PPO.  Other wise it goes before a mediator which interviews all the parties involved and makes recommendations to tthe judge such as required counseling.  This would reduce false reports, reduce court time, and save tax payers dollars
